1. I would like to download littleNudge but I can't download it onto my office computer.
Please discuss this with your employer and/ or IT department. You may want to provide your IT department with this information:
littleNudge is an alert-based software, reminding individuals to perform healthy activities. When clicked on, the alert links to the littleNudge website with an explanation of the exercise. The computer system's requirements are Windows 7, vista or XP and .NEt framework 3.5 is desirable. It requires 512Mb RAM and 25Mb disk space.

INSTALLATION
- Register a new account on the website
- Purchase littleNudge, you will receive an automated email with your serial number attached
- Download littleNudge and install
- When prompted, enter your serial number
NOTE
- littleNudge needs to access the internet on first installation to verify the serial number (see WEBSERVICES)
- If the software experiences an error, it may prompt the user to allow it to send the error detail to our secure webservice (see WEBSERVICES) to help us improve the product.
- Please note apart from the above two exceptions the software does not access the internet nor does it collect or send any personal information to 3rd parties.
WEBSERVICES
littleNudge webservices are hosted on remote servers and used for the following:
- reports.littlenudge.com to track the errors logs
Error tracking and exceptions are stored in a database, these help us to improve our customers experience.
- registration.littlenudge.com
For registration purposes only. This is used only once upon installation of the software to validate the users license key.
2. I have a mac computer so I cannot download littleNudge. Are you planning on making a mac version?
We are planning to make a mac version. If you would like us to inform you when this has been created, please email admin@thenudgecompany.com
3. I have littleNudge and I am not sure how to change the settings.

4. Am I eligible for free upgrades?
Yes, as a user of littleNudge you are eligible for unlimited free upgrades.
5. Can I turn the sound off?
Yes. Go to 'user settings' and 'alert sound' and click 'no sound'
6. How can I find out further information about the prompt?
Click on the prompt and it will take you to a page with further explanation. If you have further questions, please contact admin@thenudgecompany.com. Have a look at this demo page.
7. I would like to change the look, feel and sound of littleNudge but I am not sure how?
Click on 'user settings'. This will take you to a page where you can adjust the alert interval, length (how long it is on the screen for, position, skin (what the prompt looks like) and sound. You can turn the sound off. Have a look at this demo page.
8. How do I add my own reminders?
In 'User settings' - Alert prompts - click 'custom', then 'edit'. Click on 'add message'. Type in your messages, press 'insert' then save.
9. How do I remove reminders?
It is not possible to remove specific reminders. However, in 'User settings' - Alert prompts - click 'custom', then 'edit'. In this section there are 8 messages that cannot be deleted which we believe to be the most important. In this section, you can add any other reminders you feel would be helpful.
This is an area of littleNudge that we plan to develop in future versions.
10. I am having trouble getting littleNudge to work, can you help?
Locate the littlenudge.exe shortcut in the start menu and click on it. If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer. Failing that, uninstall and re-install the software. To reinstall, go to the start menu, then control panel, progams, 'uninstall a program', search for 'littlenudge', right click and uninstall (There may be slight variations in this process on different systems).

11. littleNudge is not displaying properly. I can hear it, but there is nothing to see on the screen.
a. See question 10
b. There may be a problem with your driver. To check this, go to the start menu and search for 'dxdiag'. Open this and go to 'display' to check to see if there is a problem with the driver. If there is, go to the help section of the DirectX diagnostic tool to learn how to download a new driver.
c. There may be a problem with your firewall. Contact your firewall administrator.
